In short: RadioTree is a radio tuner. It does not broadcast, host or own any of the stations it plays. You buy it once, you own the right to use it, and the stations belong to the people who run them.
RadioTree is published by 3 POINT TREE d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia, European Union. For any question about these terms, write to support@radiotree.app.
By installing or using RadioTree you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not install the app.
RadioTree is an application for Android TV that finds internet radio stations and plays them. It is a tuner, nothing more.
We do not broadcast, host, store, own or moderate any audio you hear through the app. Every station is operated by its own broadcaster, under its own terms and its own responsibility, and every stream is received directly by your television from that broadcaster. We are not a party to that.
The same applies to information about artists and songs: it comes from public sources such as Wikipedia and MusicBrainz, under their own licences, and we present it as we receive it.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to install and use RadioTree on the devices permitted by your Google Play account, for as long as you want.
You may not resell the app, redistribute it, or present it as your own. Nothing here restricts anything the law allows you to do regardless.
RadioTree is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and there is nothing to buy inside the app.
The sale is made through Google Play, under Google's terms. Refunds are handled by Google through their own process, which you will find in the Google Play app or at the Google Play Help Centre.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights apply in full and nothing in these terms limits them. That includes the right of withdrawal for digital content, to the extent the law grants it.
Internet radio stations are run by other people. They change their addresses, change their formats, go offline for a while, or stop broadcasting altogether. When that happens, a station in RadioTree may stop working.
We keep the station list in good order and correct what we can, but we cannot promise that any particular station will be available, or will keep broadcasting in the same quality or format. The app is sold as a tuner, not as a guarantee of any station.
We improve RadioTree over time. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the station list is updated. We do not promise that any specific feature will remain unchanged for ever.
RadioTree is provided as it is. We have built it carefully and we test it, but we do not warrant that it will be free of faults or that it will work uninterrupted on every television.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for anything else your mandatory consumer rights cover.
RadioTree lets you add your own stations, rename them and arrange them. Those entries stay on your television; we never receive them. You are responsible for the addresses you add and for having the right to listen to what you point the app at.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Significant changes are also noted in the app's release notes.

Ukratko: RadioTree je radio prijamnik. Ne emitira, ne ugošćuje i ne posjeduje nijednu stanicu koju pušta. Kupuješ ga jednom, pravo korištenja je tvoje, a stanice pripadaju onima koji ih vode.
RadioTree izdaje 3 POINT TREE d.o.o., trgovačko društvo registrirano u Hrvatskoj, Europska unija.
Prodaja ide preko Google Playa, pod Googleovim uvjetima.
Internetske radio stanice vode drugi ljudi.
RadioTree s vremenom popravljamo i dograđujemo.
